A short par 4 to start with, a rewarding hole for straight drives. Some will be able to reach the green with their drive, but must avoid the three greenside bunkers to make a birdie.

A nice straight hole, tree lined down either side. The green is where the challenge lies, with the green sloping from back to front. Approach shots must land short of the pin

The first par 5 of the course presents an opportunity for longer hitters to reach the green in two shots. Drives that reach the top of the hill will leave you with a good chance to lay up and get there in three. The green is tricky; sloping severely from left to right.

The first par 3 in yardage is straight forward, however slicers of the ball will need to aim a little left with the trees lining the right hand side. Go too far left and you could find more trouble in more trees and green side bunkers.

A difficult uphill par 3 playing longer than its yardage. The narrow green has a false front leaving a small plateau to aim for. A par on this hole is a great score.

A short hole requiring a good tee shot to score well. Trees line the left side and two fairway bunkers pose another challenge. The green breaks several directions, so all putts require plenty of concentration.

A difficult tee shot to a fairway that slopes from left to right. Most will aim left to accommodate the slope, but go too far left and there are plenty of trees for trouble. The front of the green also slopes from left to right with a large collecting bowl towards the back.

A left to right dog leg par 5, a great chance to score well. Drives that are long enough will allow you to see around the corner to the green. Be careful when laying up, a large bunker cuts into the fairway roughly 50 yards short of the green.

A dog leg right hole with a good chance to score well you if you can avoid the large bunker cutting into the fairway. The fairway slopes to the right, making this the perfect hall for a fader of the ball.

Not the easiest looking hole from the tee box, but a good drive over the water will leave a short shot to the green. If the greenside bunkers are avoided this hole can be a good chance to score well.

The hardest hole on the Valley course, this long dogleg left par 4 requires an accurate drive that hugs the trees down the left side. Once over the hill, a beautiful approach awaits to a green that slopes from back to front and left to right.

The Valley’s signature hole, with elevated stepped tees set into the side of a hill. The tee shot must avoid the large oak on the left. A sloped green from left to right, approach shots must finish below the pin to have any chance of making a good score.

A tough up hill par 4 with bunkers both left and right of the fairway. Good drives down the left side will be rewarded with a better view of the green. The green which slopes from right to left; putts from above the hole are treacherous.

A longer par 3, golfers only have the flag to aim at from the teebox. The small bunker on short left of the green is hidden by the hill but catches many shots that come up short.
