Tone up and strengthen in this passive exercise class. This class is suitable for a range of users, from intermediate to more advanced. Various exercises focus on inner and outer thighs, glutes and abdominal muscles.

Tabata

Based on a HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.  The class focuses on rounds of strenuous exercise followed by short periods of rest.

Our Leisure App

The ultimate app for managing your active lifestyle, offering seamless class bookings, comprehensive leisure centre informative and engaging fitness facts. Easily browse and book a variety of fitness classes and real time updates.

Classes are bookable from 8am two weeks in advance and must be cancelled with a minimum of 1 hours notice.  

A. Via the App! YourAppPlus is your one-stop shop for class bookings, blogs and nutritional tips. 

A. Classes can be booked up to two weeks in advance, with booking opening at 8am. If a class is full, you will automatically be added to the reserve list. Spaces often become available, so be ready to go when you receive the notification through the app. Classes lock one hour before the start, ensuring you’ll know in plenty of time if you’ve secured a spot

A. Classes can be cancelled via the App under 'My Classes'. The cancellation must be completed 1 hour before the start of class. 

A. Unfortunately if a class isn't cancelled within the timescales then a warning email is sent. If you fail to attend 3 classes in a 3 month period then the class booking system will be locked for 2 weeks. 

A. All equipment is provided. Just bring yourself, water and a great attitude!

A. All our membership options include access to our extensive class timetable. Non members are welcome to attend and must book a space with a member of staff at reception. Classes are charged at £7 per class for non-members.

A. Yes! Classes are £7, payable at Leisure reception. Non-members can book via reception 1 week in advance. 

A. Our classes are for all abilities. Make sure you speak to a member of staff before the class so any adjustments can be made.
