Classes are included within our membership packages, booking via our app. Non-members are welcome, booking classes via reception one week before for £7 per class.

1. Yoga: Our yoga classes focus on enhancing flexibility, balance, and relaxation. They incorporate different styles, from gentle Hatha yoga to more dynamic Vinyasa flows, helping you improve your strength and reduce stress.

13. Core Cycle: A mixture of a spin and core work, this class is a 30 minute cardio spin class with an ab/core blaster to finish. A perfect combination for those who like to tone and get their sweat on!
14. Cardio Combat: Using boxing combos with added weights combined with cardio moves, this class is upbeat and sweaty. Lots of shadow boxing and general boxing moves, makes this a great all over class and lots of fun!
